We purchased the HMCITY Solar Lights Outdoor 120 LED 2 pack to light an outdoor pet area, and they have worked out extremely well. Brightness was my first concern, and these lights did not disappoint. They are very bright with a wide spread, and they light up the entire pet area with ease. There are no dark corners, and visibility is excellent at night. No need for a remote control as they're motion-activated whenever we walk out. One of the standout features is the three lighting modes. Being able to choose different settings makes a big difference depending on how you want to balance brightness and battery life. You can set them for maximum output or conserve power when full brightness is not needed. That flexibility helps get the most out of the built in batteries. The lights are lightweight and easy to mount while also looking and feeling quite durable. Installation was quick and straightforward, and they feel secure once installed. No complicated wiring, which is exactly what you want for a solar light. So far, performance has been consistent and reliable. These are nice and BRIGHT! Pay attention when ordering to select if you want "Daylight Bright White" or "Warm Bright" which is a yellower light. I ordered these hoping they would work with in-direct sun. They do, but only stay on about an hour. They work best and stay on longer with direct sun hitting them. Our sun pattern changes throughout the seasons in our patio, so I hope they stay lit longer in the spring and summer. I especially like that there are no electrical cords needed to function. I hung them on our metal fence using black zip ties. That worked great! They were EASY to install and use!

Just purchased two of these for my brothers home in Florida as security lights by front door and over garage door, both outside. Love the motion detector feature and both are bright and I hope reliable. These should last much longer than the 18 month warranty in the motion detector mode. So easy to install too!

Honestly, I wasn't exspecting much after reading the reviews, but the price for four was right so I decided to try them. These are just great. Please note, I live in California where there is no snow and minimal dark days in the winter. They do exactly what they need to and in a much more esthetically, pleasing light color than typical white light floodlights. They are super easy to install (recommend outdoor double stick tape as well as screws), affordable, and the solar works great after charging. I put all 4 along my driveway/side door for securty purposes and am planning to but another pack and illuminate the front and back yard. Thanks for a great product!

Ordered these a 2nd time after my first set went up and worked as expected. The 2nd setting with dim when dark and bright with motion is great for between the fence and garage so kids can retrieve their basketball when it rolls back there without fear. However, the 2nd order of these, there is 1 with no functional button, and you can push the motion sensor in so to me it seems like they forgot the circuit board or similar inside of this unit. Therefore it's nothing more than a paperweight now as it seems 100% sealed with no way to open and fix myself. Maybe I can crack it open with a hammer and salvage the solar panel and LEDs for a different project... Also the screws that come with it, do not try to use any power tools with or you'll strip the screws at the least bit of resistance. either hand screw them into a pre-drilled hole, or use some sort of command strip to attach them.
