Effective and Comfortable Compression
bought these compression tights for my wife, and she’s very satisfied with them. They fit well, provide good support, and feel comfortable to wear throughout the day. The compression is effective without being too tight, and the quality is very good. They help with leg comfort and support, exactly as described. My wife is happy with them, and I’m glad I chose this product. I would recommend it.

Solid compression tights with a few thoughtful details
TL;DR: Wearable compression tights: easier to get on, effective daily support, but no abdominal compression (important for POTS). Bonus—these have a tiny tag for size ID. Why I bought these: I rely on daily compression for circulation support (I have POTS, so that’s extra important). Most hose are a nightmare: too hot, too hard to pull on, and they stop at the thigh crease—forcing me to layer with an abdominal binder. Fit & Wear: - Compression level: Feels like 20–30 mmHg. Technically I need 30–40 mmHg, but these strike the balance of effectiveness + actually being wearable. - Footless design: Crucial for people like me who overheat easily. - Donning (putting on): Comparable to other compression hose—still a workout. Pro tip: use grip gloves. My method: start bare-handed, roll to the ankle, work them up evenly left/right to the thighs, then use gloves to smooth wrinkles (especially behind knees and under the glutes). - Daily use: I put them on in the morning and take them off at night. Sagging (normal for compression tights): Like all graduated compression hose, these creep toward the ankles during the day. It’s not a defect—it’s gravity plus the way the compression is distributed. My workaround: I keep grip gloves in my bag and give them a quick pull-up every bathroom break. Comfort & Design Details - Waistband: Elastic, not silicone—good news for sensitive skin. - Tag: Tiny tag with the size printed on it. It can be removed if you’re sensitive, but it’s helpful for identifying pairs in the drawer. - Brief area: No compression at the top—makes them easier to get on, but less helpful for POTS since abdominal compression is key. - Front seam: Probably uncomfortable for people with external genitalia. - Packaging: Mine arrived in a resealable bag that had clearly been opened. The hose themselves were clean and odor-free—not “factory fresh,” but definitely not used or worn. Bottom line: These tights do what they’re supposed to: reliable daily compression that’s wearable for hours. They aren’t perfect—no abdominal compression and some sagging—but they’re solid, practical, and thoughtfully made.

Supportive, Stylish, and Surprisingly Comfortable!
I’ve been wearing the Myshear support hose for a few weeks now, and they’ve completely changed how my legs feel by the end of the day. I spend long hours on my feet as a nurse, and by the time I get home, I used to feel heavy, achy, and swollen. These compression tights have made a *huge* difference. The 20-30 mmHg compression is just right—firm enough to give noticeable support, especially around my ankles and calves, but still comfortable to wear all day without feeling too tight or restrictive. The fabric is really smooth and breathable, and I love that they’re footless—it keeps things cooler and easier to pair with different shoes. What really stood out to me is how well they fit. The waistband stays in place without digging in, and the high waist adds a flattering, smoothing effect under clothes. They actually look good too—no more feeling like I’m wearing “medical” gear. I’ve worn them under scrubs and even with casual outfits on travel days, and they blend in perfectly. The quality feels great—sturdy seams, no rolling or sagging, and they hold up well in the wash. I appreciate the extra attention to the anti-tear design too, especially around the crotch area. No worries about embarrassing snags or rips here. If you deal with tired, achy legs, or just want some extra support during long days, these are a must. Honestly, I wish I had started wearing them sooner!

Figure Out Your Size First
These compression tights were good, easy to put on and pull up. I read the reviews and bought the size I needed for the largest part of my leg after hip surgery — they were too big. I would’ve returned them but I wore them all day. I didn't feel compressed because of the size, but the leggings themselves were nice.

Size matters
I am 5’5” and weigh 145 lbs. I comfortably wear a size 4-6 depending on style. Based on the size chart, reviews and recommendations I ordered an XL. The tights are long enough I can wear them over my heels. The thighs fit good but could be tighter. The stomach/hips are loose as is below the calf. All in all I am ok with them but probably should have went a size smaller.

Perfect
Was afraid these would be hard to put on but they were easy great compression in the legs and a little looser in the stomach which I love I just had surgery on my leg and they are helping so much with the swelling and pain I already ordered a second pair

Size up for sure but worth it!
These are amazing you have to order up sizes because I’m a medium and had to get an XL they are not super soft but not so itchy and scratchy they are not able to be worn. They are amazing and make the pain in my legs go away within minutes from the Varicose veins. I wear black shorts over them at home to try to be stylish and can be worn under my baggy jeans when going out. Great for the circulation in my legs and great value. The fit is size up they are compression leggings.

I ordered these bcs they were suppose to be medical grade compression footless tights and had fab reviews! There is NOT one iota of compression in these tights! The ankle is not snug at all. I didn't have to fold the tights down like I usually have to when putting on other compression socks or thigh highs. Upon pulling them out of the package I was hit with an offensive scent. Right up there with the smell of burning tires. I've washed them three times and hung them to dry (which i might add takes 4 days to dry). The obnoxious smell is still present.

I bought them to wear instead of pantyhose for a wedding. As mother of the groom, I found these compression tights so comfortable I was able to celebrate my son's big day without feeling pinched in all the wrong places! Footless allowed me to wear open toed sandals while the compression allowed me to dance all night long without swelling up by the end of the evening. Definitely buying these again when the first pair wears out
