It's a different taste if you have never tried before. This is high quality umf certified Medical honey. Allot of brands are not umf certified. So you are getting a weaker product. New Zealand is certified in umf and Mgo, it's Very strong medicine like taste at first. . It Can upset your stomach first time. I take a 1/4 tsp daily as it's stronger than regular honey that's concentrated so you use less, yes the jar is tiny. Trust me you will get used to this honey, start with 1/4 tsp daily. After a week you will not notice the medicine taste. This is what high medical Manuka honey is supposed to taste like. So ignore the reviews of it having an off smell or taste, they most likely were not taking certified high quality honey or weaker honey.
