Given all the choices out there, this is by far the best I've ever used. Years ago I tried the typical harness. Because of the minimal ROM possible, we all just used as much weight as we could. Now that's a recipe for disaster. 8 years ago, I ordered this product and like many, it all looked a little flimsy compared to the giant hooks and straps of the other products, however, with the way this works, you don't need much weight because of the almost full ROM one can do with this item. I merely hook it to a weight stack and rotate my body around a bench hitting all 4 directions, plus I sit to the side and rotate my head from side to side. The only reason I needed to order this again, is that I misplaced the other. It is in no way flimsy.

Same one used in physical therapy

Great tool to use with other resistance bands to strengthen neck muscles to reduce strain on others. Originally used it at physical therapy and it made such a difference after one session that I came back the next time prepared to get the information and order it on the spot. Definitely worth the money!

Well made, solid. The plastic attachments are plenty strong. The velcro holds well. I will say, get one size smaller than you think.
