Beautiful pink Himalayan salt lamp. The packaging was very poor. The lamp was literally wrapped in a think plast then put in a box of the same saze as the lamp, so the tops of the lamp were damaged. I was sad the way it was packaged, but I was able to wipe off the damaged parts and still make it look nice. Overall the item is great for the price. It has a turn dial on the cord where you can turn it down very low or very bright. I keep it in the middle for a nice glow in my office. It adds so much warmth to the room. It doesn't run off batteries. I would definitely purchase this lamp again. I suggest the seller putting Styrofoam over the top though to protect the salt lamp.

I got this for the look, not necessarily for any other benefits. I was surprised at how heavy it was but reminded myself this is basically a big salt rock. It arrived protected very well within the box as well as plastic shrink wrap. Even the power cord seems heavy duty. I like the adjustable brightness. I am using it in my guest bedroom and it was a nice, pretty addition.

At first when I received this I was a bit put off by the way the company that made this packaged it. It was just tossed in the box with no protective foam, cardboard or anything to keep the lamp in place. It just had some plastic shrink wrapped around it. Thankfully, the salt rock and lamp overall were not damaged. The lamp itself is really nice. I was hoping the rock would have had more of the downward spiral swirl look to it like the product pictures indicate, but it still looks nice. I understand that each rock is different. The base of the lamp is wooden made from neem wood, and the light snugs inside with a metal spring that you can remove in order to change the bulb. I was hoping the bulb would be LED, but it's not. I don't really believe that a salt lamp can purify air or anything with heat from the bulb or whatever, but I will probably change the bulb out with an LED one that is dimmable. The cord has a switch to make it easy to turn on and off and you can adjust the brightness level to get the ambiance you want in your room. Overall this is a nice lamp that offers a warm glow in my hobby room by my computer monitor when I'm chilling at my computer working on things. For $15 it's a fair price for this lamp.

No one can have too many salt lamps around their house. This dimmable lamp isn't too large, but it is substantial enough to offer a relaxing ambient glow to any room. The dial on/off switch is on the powetlr cord and is easy to operate. The weight of the lamp is hefty, offering a high-quality feel to it. If you love filling a room with a soft glow, especially during fall and winter, then this salt lamp is a perfect choice. Moreover, as it can be dimmed, this lamp can be used as a night light.

This salt lamp is a great size and seems to be well-made. The base is very sturdy with grooves for the cord. I like the dimmable aspect of it, although I always used it at full brightness. It makes the room have great vibes.

Really great addition to my desk. The color of the light reminds me of a small campfire and has a real calming effect. Pretty cool that it's made of salt. I pretty much leave it on all the time. It comes with an inline dimmer that doubles as the on/off switch. The wood base has several notches so you can choose which side of the lamp you want facing you. Perfect size for a desk accent and I think its a pretty good value for what you're getting. I really like it and would definitely recommend it.

I love this little salt lamp it gives just the right amount of light to add a touch of Ambience to your space. Did you know that salt lamps actually bring your blood pressure down. They have a calming effect emitting negative ions. This is not a light to read by this is definitely something that will be good as a as a night light or a light for ambience. This is a great price for what you get. It's actually rather big for the price. I love the wood base. And there's even a little space under the lamp that allows you to change out the light bulb. Looks great in any room. You could use this for your bedroom, office, craft room or anywhere really. Really great little light for the price. I'd highly recommend

This seems like a very beautiful salt lamp, unfortunately, I am unable to use the original cord that came with it because my partner dropped the package while bringing it inside (<5 ft drop if I were to guess). Now, that is in no way the brands fault, however, I was very surprised once I opened it to see that the portion that's used to control the intensity of the light was not wrapped in bubble wrap at all. So instead, that control knob was completely shattered, pieces of plastic in the box. When you're packaging something heavy like this and have easily breakable parts like the plastic, there really should be some sort of barrier. Even a flat piece of styrofoam between the base of the salt lamp and the cord could work. I do not recall any sort of "fragile" markings on the box either, which might help. On the actual salt lamp, it looks to be good quality. The bulb is included (was not damaged!) and it looks similar to lamps I've used in the past. As a temporary fix, I did try to put a LED strip inside and was able to see portions of the colors through the lamp quite nicely. For now, it will be just a decoration. I really hope they reconsider their current packaging, as the cord itself and salt lamp was fine, but the knob to turn on the light and adjust the brightness was shattered, rendering it useless.
