These will be the last set of dumbbells I will buy. The quality and value for the money is unmatched. The grip is comfortable in the hand with or without workout gloves. The flexibility to add or subtract weight is great for beginners as well as established fitness gurus that want to tone their muscles. The additional weight securely clip on providing safety; no worries about them coming off during your workout. The material is quality and sweat-proof. Highly recommend.

Typically, for at least 9 months of the year, we live in a truck camper traveling the U.S. and surrounding countries. We keep a small portable gym in the rig: rower, stepper, weights, pads for yoga, Tai Chi and stretching. I wanted to add these to the portable gym, but weights must be road worthy and these, while they are great for a home gym, are plastic. I have had plastic weights before and they invariably crack. These are nice, the weights are easily snapped/turned together and the handle area is comfy, but I needed something heavier duty for travel. Basic camping with these, banging around with the other gear, they will break. I will put these in the home gym, with another set of plastic dumb bells, but I picked them up for the RV. Disappointed.

The item title is misleading. These barbells are adjustable up to 5 pounds each; 10lbs is used as the total for both of them, which is not a standard labeling for weights. Two 5lb weights should be listed as two 5lb weights, not as a 10lb set, and the reference to 20/30lbs is completely out. Aside from the labeling issue, they are.... fine. Not enormously uncomfortable to use but not impossible, reasonably intuitive but I don't have much trust in their viability in the long term. However, you probably won't need baby weight barbells for very long if you use them consistently, so as a starter set they're fine. Use them until they die or you've progressed to needing higher weights, just know what you're getting.

I got the 10lb set, but should have gotten the 20lb. These weights are nicely made! It's very easy to add and remove weight and it seems secure in that it will not detach while you're using it. They also are solid so you don't have to worry about cracking it and having sand fall out. I have been using them for a few weeks now and have had zero issues with them. They are easy to grip, easy to adjust and just easy to use. Compared to other adjustable weight sets, the price is pretty good. They are a little bit more expensive than the bottom of the barrel weights but they are also half the price of the average. I would say it's a pretty good value for the money. Overall, the weights are easy to use and not too expensive. If you are looking for an adjustable set of weights then I would highly recommend these.

Love these adjustable weights! Clipping on the additional weight plates is super simple and convenient. They weigh the proper amount; each plate weighs right at 1 pound. You can mix and match them to stack all the clip on weights onto one dumbbell for a heavier single-arm exercise, or even them out for sequential workouts. They're plastic on the outside so not super durable if you're one of the geniuses that just drops their weights on the ground when they finish a set, but for normal humans these are perfect, compact, and convenient to keep toned. The value is great too since you just buy one set and don't need to buy multiple individual dumbbells to store when you're not using them. Easy to get a good workout in when these are so compact and simple to use.
