I recently bought this multi-functional workout bench with 100 kg weights( 10kg x6, 5kg x6 2.5kg x4), and I’m seriously impressed. The build quality is sturdy, and the frame feels solid and stable even during heavy lifts. It comes with multiple attachments, so I’m able to do bench press, lat pulldowns, leg extensions, preacher curls, and more — all in one compact setup. Assembly was straightforward and all parts were included. The padding is comfortable but not of great quality and supports good posture while lifting. I also really appreciate the space-efficient design — it fits well in my room without feeling cramped. If you’re serious about working out from home and want a complete solution at a reasonable price, this is a great investment. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to stay consistent without depending on a commercial gym. Note : the stainless steel plates are quite strong and I highly suggest u to get rubber mats if you don’t want to break your floor while dropping weights accidentally. Highly recommend! 💪

The product quality and make seems to be of poor quality. After installation the product is looking hunched. For beginners and pros it is not recommended since it can misallign your shoulders or any bones.
