Not quite 7 ounces. When i see a cup adverrise as 7 ounces, i expect it to be able to hold thar much comfortably. These are smallll and spill if you try to pour 7 ounces into it.

Practical little cups with some cosmetic blemishes
These cups are great for espresso shots, small servings, or sauces. They insulate well, keeping drinks hot while the outside stays comfortable to hold. Overall quality is decent, though not perfect. All 12 cups arrived with visible machine marks. You can see the lines in the photo, though the camera makes them look more pronounced than they actually are. Make sure to dry them promptly after washing. I've noticed some areas tarnish when left to air-dry.
