It’s perfect!! Drawers are 2 inch deep. Cute and could fit my measuring tapes, and caliper tools. It comes with protective layer inside. If you don’t mind the price and want something for your small tools, you should get this.

Not big enough to hold the majority of needed tools. Seems a little flimsy and waiting to see how it holds up to use.

Just got it today (1/4/2026). Perfect size for what I needed.

When I unpacked this I was surprised by its weight, and also its overall quality. I have a large Kennedy drawer chest and a 4 drawer topper for it, which I've had for at least 20 years. This is very similar in design, but much smaller. Very well made. The only things that aren't "quality" feeling to me is the front hasp—which works fine, and is of suitable thickness for the chest, but still feels a bit thin in hand, and the two plastic side hand-hold liners. (These make complete sense on a chest this size, and I think are more comfortable than metal swing out handles would be.) Those inserts and the top handle are the only plastic parts. When you open and close the top lid, there is a simple mechanism that locks the drawers in place. You must fully close the drawers to do this—there is a slight tight zone right as they close. All sections include a tool liner, which is a nice touch. The information page for this says that it is "waterproof"—which is complete nonsense—if this were submerged, it would fill up almost instantly. On the other hand, if you carried it, closed, outside during a decent rain, I'm pretty sure that the contents would stay dry. My only minor complaint is that there are no feet on the bottom. I will add some. The bottom is seam free, so unless you sit it on furniture, I don't think it would scratch the surface, but I will be sitting this on something. I'm not sure where just yet. To me, it's more of an "in workshop" type chest than something I would haul around.

This is an excellent choice for a small tool box. I personally... as a woman love.... that it also comes in pink...because we all need a place for necessary household tools! I did get this in black though because our son who is 25 is beginning his fist tool box. So his Grandpa and my hubby have been filling it up when projects roll around so that when he needs it....he has his own set of tools! Its been fun adding to it! This box is a substantial weight....its not your cheaply made toolbox. Its excellent quality and even comes with a locking mechanism! The drawers slide with such ease and are lined w/non-slip liners, which makes it less noisey when setting screwdrivers wrenches etc inside. The entire unit is also alloy steel & powder coated which means that its less rules to collect oil and dirt! This is such a great small tool box and portable if you're looking for maneuverability. And also if your looking to start a toolbox!

this is perfect for what I needed only down side is its a bit small so I cant fit my drill in it, but it saves space and holds all my tools.

Cheaply made. Ordered a craftsman for the same price and larger from Lowe’s.
