I’ve been taking this probiotic consistently and can genuinely tell a difference. My digestion feels calmer and more balanced, and I don’t get that uncomfortable bloated feeling like I used to. It’s easy to take once a day and doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I like that it combines pre-, pro-, and postbiotics in one capsule.
