Magnetic base just stop charging phone. It didn’t last very long But they gave me a refund

I have iPhone11 and Samsung galaxy. Neither had a case and had no “pull” or connection at all to this item. It’s silly to think anyone could have the charging pad sideways as they depict. It couldn’t hold a phone on the wall, and certainly not f you were in a bumpy car!

Cool setup but the charging is terrible. Sits charging for an hour and battery level barely increases. I’d return it if I could.
