The "KRNIUS Pedal Resistance Band with Handles" works well, much better than the first one I ordered. This Pedal Resistance Ban has the proper amount of resistance for giving its user a workout with 55 lbs.

I like how compact and portable this device is. It comes with a bag for travel and storage. The grips are a good size and cushioned. The loops are also comfortable and cushioned. My only problem with it is how tight the resistance band is. Maybe I just got the wrong size- it says 55lbs. It is super hard for me to stretch all the way! It does give great resistance though for crunch type exercise and for squats. I am adapting my movements to use this band because it is good. I really have to work and I feel it in my muscles. I just need a less resistant band for where I am athletically at this point. This device is working my stem, legs, back and abs. It’s easy to just grab and work my whole body quickly. And I feel it!!!

I've had than happen with unshielded bands. It provides 55# of resistance for a variety of exercises for different muscle groups and can accommodate people with different fitness levels. Due to it's portable and compact design it would also be great for people who travel and want to continue their workout while on the road. It will easily fit into a suitcase or even a carry-on bag. I'm a personal trainer and tried all the exercises in the booklet that came with it. I especially like the core exercises and really felt them working my muscles. I also used it for several exercises I would usually use dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, or other types of resistance bands for. I've had a few of my clients both male and female, of different heights and strength levels try it out and it worked well for everyone. This resistance band is nice and compact, comes with a instruction booklet with several exercises that target different muscle groups, a handy storage bag and came in an attractive, sturdy box that could also be used for storing when not in use. Overall, this is a versatile, compact, piece of equipment that would be great for any home gym. Being a fitness professional I really like equipment like this that is versatile and has multiple functions rather than equipment with only one function. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone who wants to add an affordable, versatile, and compact piece of equipment for their workout routine.
