Simple, easy and efficient! The AT3000 can be used as an employee time recorder or as an electronic time and date stamp. This unit can be set up in just minutes. Users can record employee time on any paper card or stamp on other documents with the correct date and time automatically changed with optional message. As a punch clock, use time cards to collect data about personnel move and record labor management. This type of punch clock, known as "side printer", has a window that indicates the area where the paper is printed when it is in an empty slot. When the mechanism is automatically triggered, the guides are marked where the ink can be displayed by inserting the paper completely toward the back of the machine. It requires minimal effort to ensure that your stamp is displayed in the desired area on the paper. This unit can be printed on any type of paper except a time card for a document stamp, and can be set up for 13 printed messages (e.g. SENT). RCVD, FAXED, etc) format can be changed according to military time 0-24 hours. You can also set the 1/100 hour (1/100) to facilitate the total time and payroll calculation. This time recorder has 4 language options (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese). The time recorder is ideal for small businesses because of the easy to replace ribbon cartridge and key lock hasp to ensure security. The complete package includes an electronic time recorder/date stamp, (installed) ribbon, card, key, and user manual. Review: Just have had this for a few days but I'm glad I bought this one. Just have had this for a few days but I'm glad I bought this one. I don't need the special features, just a punch in and out for health care aides. It works great and is sturdy and well made and it worked straight out of the box, the time for my region was pre-programmed into it, a nice feature. I understand the company will program other features before sending it if that is needed so that's a great service too.

We ordered a new time clock from Allied. The clock works great, but my husband lost the key, which is used to correct the time. Chelsea at Allied in Deland, Fl was absolutely wonderful; she helped us by immediately sending us replacement keys. This is important because when you are trying to run a small business, you need everything to run smoothly. Thank you Chelsea for your help and immediate response!

This is very simple and does what it's supposed to do. I am very pleased with this time clock. It was a little hard to open the cover in order to be able to program it but I think it was just my nails. Ha Just use something (like a butter knife) to gently pry the top up and you'll be able to lift it off easily, if you were having problems with that. It was VERY easy to set up. The issues with alignment that some reviewers had (and even returned it for!) are fairly unwarranted imho. It seems like you'll not be able to get the stamp to go far enough to the right to line up HOWEVER, if you go and set the size of the imprint to a narrower one (I think it's #3 that worked for me---default is #4), then it looks perfect against that right side. I also changed the way the stamp prints by using the "DAY, Date, Time" and then it all fits nicely and lines up. I have the employee put "2018" (or whatever year it s) in the space that says, "No._____" on top of the time card...problem solved. This is very simple, easy to line up (I use the cards that came with it) and user friendly. I have not needed the customer service but other reviewers were very pleased. I have no issues with this time clock and would highly recommend it.

When I was looking to buy a time clock, I was undecided because I had a few options that I liked. So, after doing some research I chose this one and I definitely do not regret my choice. Shipping and delivery were fast, it’s very easy to set up and use, and has some nice features. The quality of the item for the price exceeds my expectations but most important of all is the excellent customer service for any questions or concerns you may have. When I bought it I didn’t anticipate having any issues with the unit, but when I did, they took care of it right away. Deanna Colom from costumer support was very responsive, pleasant, and professional. Great product and excellent supplier, look no further, you won’t regret it.
