KastKing does it again!
I know how hard can it be to make mono line? Well it is the quality and dependability that lack on most line options. This line has held up in situations it should not have like fishing around docks and oyster beds. It is easy to spool and casts great. Well worth it for the price!

Great fishing line all around! Great knot strength, very abrasion resistant, casts very well. Great color selections. Thinner than your typical mono. Used at a very rocky spill way, slow bouncing jigs, got hung up about 30 times throughout the day, line never snapped, knots never broke, was able to free the jig every time. Can’t beat the price. My new go to!

I used the line in cold weather and it works great. It has a very low memory which helps that it won’t bind up or roll off the spool in a strong wind scenario. It casts very well! The 8lb test has the perfect thin diameter and strength for small mouth bass fishing.

Top Quality Fishing Line - Great Value!
Excellent fishing line! The KastKing Destron monofilament has incredible strength and durability. The advanced polymer coating makes casting smooth and effortless. I've been using it for both freshwater and light saltwater fishing with great results. No line twist issues and it holds knots really well. The abrasion resistance is outstanding. Highly recommend this line for any serious angler!

Very Thin and Limp
This line is really quite limp and thin for a 4 lb test line. I used this to spool a new KastKing reel recently. The only thing I'll call out that was disappointing was the need to pull the line from the spool with the label down to make sure it wound onto the spinning reel without twisting. Normally this isn't a big deal but the bottom of the spool has the line keeper cut out so that needs to be covered before you can start pulling line from the spool with your reel. Other than the call out above, I think this ghost clear line will be just right for my fishing needs in small streams and pools.
