Good Value -- and Fun!
I selected this particular rebounder/trampoline based on other customer's reviews and my "beginner" needs. Since I already have a small collection of other exercise equipment that sees little to no use, my goal with this purchase was to see if it was something I could do (without it hurting my joints), enjoy doing, and stick with. If in a year, I still enjoy it, and then want to invest in a better, more expensive rebounder, I will, but for now, this one suits me just fine. I gave it five stars because I feel it is a very good value for the price I paid (under $60 including stabilizer bar and shipping). I did search online for basic beginner exercises and followed those suggestions. I was surprised that just bouncing (without even lifting your feet) for five minutes was actually enough of a workout the first day, but it was! Your heartrate goes up, and you feel it in your legs the next day (in a good way.) I feel by not overdoing it initially, I was able to steadily increase my workout in both duration and types of steps. Please know that I am not looking to have chiseled abs or be in one of those "before/after" commercials. I just want to stay young and healthy so I can keep enjoying my grandchildren and my life! What I love about it: (1) I can jump on and do a couple minutes here and there whenever a good song comes on, and over the course of a day, I have gotten in a workout; (2) it comes with a stabilizer bar -- which I suspected I would need, and I do. Although in just a couple weeks time, I am seeing improvement in my balance and am less dependent on the bar; (3) it's fun and makes me feel more energetic; (4) it's easy. My only disappointments are that I cannot store it under my bed as I had hoped (after I remove the stabilizer bar), but that is my own fault for not measuring before purchasing. It also takes up more room than I expected and may not be staying in the family room as I had wanted. Bottom line, if you are purchasing your first rebounder, I would definitely recommend you consider this one.

The Only Piece of Gym Equipment I Need!
Make exercise part of your daily routine with this quality re-bounder. If you don't feel like driving to the gym or walking in the winter this is a great option. The Marcy Cardio Trampoline is assuredly sturdy! With the handle you don't have to worry about losing your balance while exercising. I love to put it in front of the television and jog in place while watching the morning show. It was easy to assemble, just unfold, lock in place, and attach the legs and handle. I was jogging in 15 minutes, and I am not a handy person. As a senior I needed to get my heart rate up and I am pleasantly surprised to find that this is the perfect tool. According to the health websites I'm burning 86 calories in 12 minutes. Not bad!

Good enough for me, few flaws
I just assembled it and am 160 pounds. There are 28 straps and 6 legs. That means 2 straps must be pressed up against the legs and might wear out prematurely. I decided to leave the cover off so I can see where those are and keep them front and back, farthest from my feet, so they won't fail as soon. I can see how the threads would be easy to cross thread. I was very careful and avoided doing so. After reading other reviews, I will check leg tightness often. I also will leave the legs on. I bought mine brand new rather than save $10 on a used one since I feared others might cross thread and return. My threads were all good. Nothing missing or broken. The frame is designed for 4 lock pins, but only 1 is provided, and only 1 listed in the instructions. It would have to defy gravity to close someone, so maybe that is not an issue. People who fold theirs up might lose lock pins anyway. The caps to the leg holes were on tight. I removed them with a pliers. Also one leg had a burr, which I ground off on the concrete. Assembly took max 10 minutes with me being slow and careful, working alone. I was in no hurry and was taking pictures. Amazon won't let me upload them unless I give more permissions than I want to. Opening the frame to ready position is very easy. I don't know why others had trouble. I've not attempted to disassemble it. It would take too long to unthread and rethread the legs each time, and risk cross threading. Disassembly is practical for mailing and moving only. I'm leaving the handle off and plan to leave the base assembled and stored on its side. When I stand on it (160 pounds), it sinks 2 inches. Jumping does not sink it much more than that. Jumping is not tiring, but also not acrobatic. My feet don't get above the mat. I could do it for 10 minutes if I want. I'm bicycle fit, just injured. I just got this to rehab my knees. They can't handle jumping on solid ground or grass. This is rougher than a big trampoline, but it forgiving enough my knees can handle it. I think it may be optimal for rehab. A big trampoline would absorb too much shock and not make my knees stronger. I don't know if others would find this fun to jump on, but it is perfect for me as far as rehab. I'd give it 5 stars if it had 30 bands so none would rub against the legs. Hopefully this lasts long enough. Others won't like the none stowability. For $44 shipped, I'm an ungreatful consumer perhaps. Knowing what I know now, I would still buy this trampoline.

Great Trampoline for Autistic Child
My son loves this trampoline. The first one lasted over 2 years and it withstood all the abuse he put it through. I bought him a second one for Christmas and it is just as well made. He loves jumping and uses it multiple times a day, the mesh never began to show wear. He also likes to disassemble, rip and tear his personal belongings, but this trampoline withstood it all! I washed it regularly with dish soap and the hose, left it in the sun to dry, and never saw any signs of rust. I like that it has no springs, and the elastic bands are very strong. It is relatively easy to pop open, although I needed help from another adult to do it. I did have to replace it because he eventually broke through several of the elastic bands, but even this took him many months of gradual picking and tearing.

One Week In and VERY Happy
I have very little "me" time, so finding ways to get a good work out at home are invaluable. It was SUPER simple to assemble and took less then half an hour from start to finish. I'm a pretty strong woman but even if I wasn't, I don't see how it would be terribly difficult unfolding the unit and attaching the legs, etc. I've had it a week and find it addictive. You get a great workout, burn a decent amount of calories, and is super easy on the skeletal system. Throw on some comfy sneakers and have fun. Start out slowly and figure out what works best for you. You don't have to jump up high for this to work so won't need a great deal of head clearance. I'm tall but don't have the least bit of concern jumping too high as I thought I might. It's almost like running on air, without the nasty impact of striking the ground with every step. I only hope the unit lasts a little while so I don't have to replace it anytime soon. So convenient to get in your cardio without having to concern yourself with the weather or time of day. The bar is helpful to lean on now and then but don't know yet if it's really needed and I might opt for a smaller diameter unit the next time around but believe me, this was a great purchase. I only wish I hadn't waited so long. And no, I wasn't compensated in any way to write this review. Get one home and check it out. Even your kids will love it! UPDATE: After a year of use, multiple times weekly, this has begun to noticeably sag to the point where I am shopping for a new one. This has proven to be a great workout tool, but can’t say I’m not disappointed it hasn’t lasted longer.

I am so glad it has a handle
Based on some of the reviews, I braced myself for disappointment just in case my big body crashed through the bottom of the trampoline after just a few jumps. Nosureebob. This thing is nice. I weigh in about 190lbs and I'm short so I was braced to break this thing. But so far, after about two months, it's still nice and bouncy. I don't know the actual term for it but it's holding me up and still taking all of the shock off my joints during my aerobic "exercises." It's basically me just jumping up and down. The handle bar is the best part. It keeps me from bouncing off into the wrong direction and killing myself. If you're not very coordinated and haven't had a lot of experience bouncing on things, I would recommend the handle bars

Poor Quality Control & Poorly Built
I got stuck putting the top handrail together until I realized that I received 2 left Top handrails instead of 1 right and 1 left. Left & right top handrails are different. Poor QA in manufacturing. Thanks to Amazon. I received a second one. As I continued to put the trampoline together, I ran into other quality issues. A couple of the legs would not screw in. So I had to swap parts with my 1st trampoline. Thank goodness I had not sent it back yet. The welding on the handrail support where the Allen bolt enters broke. So back to swapping out another part. The lock knob would not screw into the vertical handrail due to bad threads. Again back to Swapping parts with my second trampoline. All in all, it was a poor experience assembling this trampoline to due poor construction. It took much longer than necessary and I consider myself a handy person. I had to swap defective parts with a second trampoline that Amazon sent me. After Spending so much time assembling this trampoline, I decided to keep it. But I don’t expect much longevity with this equipment given all the complaints about the bands falling apart. I have no idea how this poor product got more than a 4 star rating. Buy something else if I were you.

Perfect indoor trampoline
Bought to help strengthen knees from previous injury. Easy to build, around 30 mins, virtually silent, perfect addition to home gym equipment. Looked at a few trampolines and glad I opted for the Marcy one. Feel the burn without the pain. Brilliant. Only been a couple of weeks and the difference is amazing.

Strong at a good price. Great product.
It only took a few minutes to assemble, and after figuring it out everything went great. The Marcy rebounder is stable and strong.
