Adheres well, Big Roll
(See update below) I was pleasantly surprised how well the adhesive backing stuck to the edges of my raised garden beds. They are made of Trex, a simulated wood, and it stuck just fine.Application tip: peel the backing off gradually as you apply. Press down the first edge, pull some more backing off, press more, pull some more backing off. If you're applying a long stretch and pull all the backing off at once, it instantly curls up on itself and you'll be hard pressed to get it to unstick from itself. This is a very large roll and I had left over even after doing 3 garden beds. Will My goal in buying this was to keep slugs out of the boxes growing vegetables. Is that just an urban myth? Guess we'll find out.I'll update this review as I see whether that works.[6 Month Later update: Good: Adhesive still holds. Tape has not come off edge of garden boxes after spending 6 months in the sun and rain. Bad: Slugs still got into the planting boxes. The "slugs won't crawl over copper" idea appears to be a myth.]

REALLY WORKS FOR RAISED GARDEN BEDS! Copper is FAR better than a Silver Bullet...
I got this to cut down on slugs and snails without having to keep buying poison.IT WORKS 100%!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Note: I applied this tape (actually, it is just a very thin copper sheet with adhesive on the back) to wooden rails around a raised garden. The wood was brushed off but far from "clean". It STICKS.Seriously.. we have had ZERO slime crawlers since. No Slugs, No Snails. If you have a snail/slug problem: this is your Silver (er...COPPER) Bullet!

This tape is thinner than I am used to, but adheres and should work very well.
I have used copper tape professionally for years. Of course the tape I have used in the past was much thicker, and I used to cut my fingers with it quite often. This has a conductive adhesive, and sticks well. I am using it to shield my gps system from EMI from a video camera. To determine what the absolute largest hole you can have in the item you are trying to shield, first determine the wavelength of the radio signal you are trying to shield against.Velocity/Frequency=wavelength.So since radio waves travel at the speed of light, take 300,000,000 meters and divide by frequency, say 1.5ghz, and you get a wavelength of 20 centimeters.300,000,000/1.5ghz=.200.200 is 200mm=20cm1/2 wavelength is 10cm, 1/4 wavelenght is 5cm.I have read that you want to make your smallest opening 1/10th wave, but that doesn't make sense to me. I am making sure mine is sealed to smaller than 1/4 wavelenght.

It does the job
I use this product to shield the interiors of solid body guitars. The tape is conductive through the adhesive. It adheres well. It's easy to work with but doesn't lift well if you're trying to reset it. Once firmly applied, you can't lift it an reuse it. But it does the job it's supposed to do and does it well.

I installed the copper foil at soil level. The first day a few snails managed to cross it and one moved up about 4 feet. By the third day no snails were found above the foil. A section where it was no applied, had several snails as high as 6 feet. It works as reported, but you have to expect some to initially cross it. Knock them down and they do not get across after about 3 days.

Good tape
Good tape. I used it to highlight all of the edges of the slate steps in our home for safety. One of our relatives has cataracts, and fell down one of the steps already. Hoping that this will make the steps easier to see!

Great
Perfect for my art project needs. Good quality stickiness, wish it was a little more sticky, but better than some of the other tapes. If it would stay completely stuck to all surfaces I'd give a 5 star.

Copper Foil Tape
This is a standard product for us as it is used in several labs. We've ordered it often and the engineers are very satisfied with its quality and performance.
