Ravensburger NYC - Brooklyn Bridge - 2000 Piece Puzzle

First off, the image for this puzzle is lovely. Once made it makes a great picture on the wall. Additionally, the pieces are of high quality and due to the nature of the picture, makes an exceptional challenge when it came to piecing it together as there are large areas of night sky and water, which requires alot of attention to detail but most of all patience and perseverance. This isn't a puzzle that is going to be completed over a weekend or even a week unless you're working on it full time instead of a job.The only draw back of this purchase however is the fact that the final picture is very large. I had trouble finding a frame that would fit it, having checked Bed Bath Beyond, OfficeMax and even craft stores like Michael's and Beverley's. The only option was to get a custom frame made, which cost quite a bit.Be sure to check the size of the puzzle before making the purchase so that it will be easy to source a frame.

Nice puzzle, very hard, the sky is tough, and no detail whatsoever, but in the end that is what a puzzle is all about right? a challenge?It looks beautiful when it is completed, and has lots of detail.Please keep in mind though this is a HUGE puzzle. we had only one table in the house large enough to hold the border of it, and we had to put the pieces on a separate table.

I bought this puzzle 3 weeks ago as a Christmas present for myself. It is absolutley beautiful and I am not finished it yet. I read previous reviews and got some posterboard so I can do the puzzle on my floor. My coffee table is not quite big enough for a 2000 piece. I work full time although i am off for a few days since i injured my ankle. I just finished all of the buildings, the river and bridge, now the toughest part the sky. I will be having it framed after i finish the puzzle. The cost of framing it will be expensive but it is worth it since it's a beautiful puzzle.

This is our first experience with a Ravensburger puzzle and we're extremely happy with it! The pieces are thick and fit together snuggly, the photo on the puzzle is Gorgeous, and the colors are stunning! I had planned to glue (with Ravensburger puzzle adhesive) this puzzle together so I could frame it but I've decided that when we're finished putting it together, we will take it all apart so I can put it together again before hanging it. Currently we're struggling though the last part - the sky, but it's still a fun project.

I found this NYC puzzle to be a challenge, especially the top skyline, taking me an extra four days beyond what it would normally take for a 2k piece puzzle.Standing back, the finished puzzle is very nice, however close up, the resolution is slighly blurred... typical of most large photo puzzles. This adds to the challenge.The high quality of the individual pieces were representative of Ravensburger puzzles - a valued purchase.

A Christmas tradition in our family is to complete a challenging puzzle while the kids are home for the holidays. This puzzle is by far one of the most challenging we've had so far. We didn't think we'd get the sky done before they had to go back to school, but a long night with everyone committed did the trick. This puzzle is beautiful when complete and proved to be a real challenge.

While on a recent family trip to NYC we saw this puzzle at FAO toys. We wanted a nice souvenir, but thought toy store was a little high priced. We also didn't want to carry it around town with us. We took a picture of it and ordered it on amazon when we got home. It has been a very challenging puzzle. Very well made. We used free super shipping. It arrived in a timely manner.

It was a very pleasant and fun be with my kids to get this puzzle solved. In the beginning they was a little afraid to be too much time and not solving this puzzle. But, after some work together, it was vey good and a fun time together.

The delivery is fast, the quality is very good. I've spent half year working on it and had a lot of fun. Will purchase some others!

I love jigsaws for the winter. This one looks great and might frame one finished. Slightly expensive but worth it.

Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht, dieses Puzzle zusammen zu setzen.Ich hatte das Glück, das mir meine Schwester und ihr Mann geholfen haben.Der Himmel ist doch recht schwierig.Dann hatten wir das Problem, einen kostengünstigen Rahmen in der Größe zu finden.Leider ist es keine gängige Größe.Wir haben dann einen Rahmen gekauft, der nicht ganz so hoch ist, aber günstig war,dann haben wir oben und unten 2 Reihen vom Puzzle weggenommen. Nun ist es sehr schön sichtbar, dasses sich um ein Puzzle handelt und es paßt super in den Rahmen und ist mit einer Scheibe geschützt.
